When we come here to this planet to pick up a body, we are slowing down and squeezing a small part of our consciousness down to the frequency of physical matter, so we will be able to navigate this world from within a body.
Each and everyone of us is coming in with the determination to wake up through this physical embodiment and transcend all the density (belief systems, magnetics, karmic patterns, trauma, ancestry etc.) that has been accumulated in past lifetimes and will be accumulated in this lifetime, so more and more of ourselves can occupy the space that has been taken by all this gunk.
Releasing it from our physical body and the emotional body, thereby increasing the frequency of the body, so we are able to welcome more and more of our consciousness, our true self in to embody. Finally merging with all that we are, all of our consciousness again.
