Identities are roles that we are taking on, believing that they are us - or at least part of us.
Based on all these identities our stories or so called realities are created and unfold around.
Yet these identities and stories have nothing to do with who we truly are.
True freedom can only be reached by completely letting go of all these identities and stories, so we don't get entangled and trapped within them and are able to express ourselves freely from the heart without attachment.
