This recording is designed to release judgement. From early on in our lives we are taught to judge everything as good or bad, right or wrong, easy or difficult and so on. Instead of just taking everything and everyone for who they are and what it is, we learn to judge it and thereby polarizing ourselves.
Polarizing yourself keeps you from flowing through creation. It is like you are throwing little rocks or sometimes even boulders into a stream, eventually blocking the whole stream. Creating stagnation within your life. This stagnation can show up in many ways, like disease, depression etc.
The universe and we, as our true essence do not judge. Judgement is totally man made or more correctly mind made. By releasing judgement, we are freeing ourselves from operating from a 'boxed in' state, moving into a state of total freedom of expression. Enjoying ourselves for who we are and seeing everything for what it is.
This recording will help you to stop judging anything and everything, but you are still required to watch yourself to not fall back into the old pattern of judging again. You need to re-train your mind, as it will always want to continue the old ways that no longer serve.
