Emotions and fears are created by the mind to keep us safe in a what we have been trained and taught to be adverse and unrelenting world. The mind is and has been on the steering wheel for humanity for a eons of time and for most of us it still is.

Subconscious beliefs are holding us back from being all that we can be and now is the time to release all of these beliefs, emotions and fears to become the light and love in this world we came here to be. It is time to make the mind our friend that is there help navigate us through this earthly experience, yet still with the heart (which resembles our true self) firmly snug in the the driver’s seat.

My world as I know it has been crumbling and falling apart as I am shifting, changing and expanding. I am fully aware that this is necessary for the new to arise and blossom, but nonetheless the last year has been a very intense time of emotional turmoil and releasing of the old for me.

One night while I was laying awake with a recent event having triggered a whole slew of emotions, I developed this very effective exercise to release emotions that are coming up, created by our limiting beliefs and fears.

These emotions are surfacing because they are ready to leave. With this exercise you will be able to let go of all the baggage created by the mind that you have been carrying with you for so long.

Use this exercise every time negative emotions, limiting beliefs and fears are showing up in your life experience. After you have gone through the exercise you should feel much calmer and lighter.

Just follow the exercise and let yourself be guided through it. Even if you don’t get it right the first few times, don’t give up, as the rewards are well worth the effort. It is important to fully be with this exercise and not just to listen to it for it to be successful.

After you have gone through the exercise you should already feel an instant relief. If you still feel emotional just repeat the exercise again until you feel calm. From my own experience I just need to do this once or twice to get instant relief from whatever has been coming up for me.
